Meet the Team
Norah Wells
Norah is a Arizona native and accomplished Realtor with over 24 years in the real estate industry. She has spent the last 17 years with Americas Luxury Homebuilder and has joined Modern Portfolio Real Estate Services to better serve her most valuable clients. Norah is the recipient of multiple honors given at the MAME awards sponsored by the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona including top 10 producer among all new home builders. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of service with integrity and commitment.
Norah has resided in Scottsdale for the past 18 years where her and her husband have raised their six children including the recent adoption of their youngest! Proud parents of a GCU and ASU graduate! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and golfing as much as possible in the beautiful Arizona weather.
Rick Wells
Rick has over 15 years experience in real estate. Rick is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. Rick carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does. Rick has built a solid foundation of clients in his community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his clients needs first. When Rick isn't making home ownership dreams come true he enjoys a good game of golf and spending time with his family.
Josh Messick
Josh has been a resident of the Phoenix area for more than 20 years after moving here from Colorado. Josh attended the University of Arizona and Grand Canyon University.

Becky Kelly
Becky is a wife, mom, realtor and music educator. She is passionate about serving others in all areas of her life. Becky has been active in real estate industry since 2000, investing in her own proprieties or helping her clients buy and sell. She has a full life of family, relate estate, homeschooling, teaching piano, traveling, watching football and hiking. She loves living in the sunshine state, and especially loves welcoming friends, family and clients to the great state of AZ!
